2023年儿童医保门诊能报销吗 |

法律分析：根据人社局的规定，从2018年1月1日开始，未成年的居民，在儿童专科以及二级以上的医疗机构的儿科门诊，进行看病的行为产生的医疗费用，是能够纳入统筹支付范围的。这就是说明以后带宝宝去医院看病是能够将门诊费用进行报销的。正常情况下学生儿童在看普通门诊时应注意以下三点：
①必须本人持卡(《社会劳动保障卡》)看病;
②必须在我市居民医保定点首诊医疗机构首诊;
③需转诊的必须按规定办理相应手续。
全市二级及以下(居民医保首诊定点医疗机构)全部放开，参保居民无需选择，可持卡直接前往任何一家首诊医院就诊，除此之外学生儿童还可直接前往市儿童医院和自己选择的一家儿童专科医院就诊。南京市口腔医院、南京脑科医院等11家专科医院不用参保居民办理转诊手续，可直接前往就诊(含住院)。

第三条 社会保险制度坚持广覆盖、保基本、多层次、可持续的方针，社会保险水平应当与经济社会发展水平相适应。
