释义	债权让与别名又称债权转让，是指债的关系不失其统一性，债权人通过让与合同将其债权转移于第三人享有的现象。债权让与，是指不改变债权关系的内容，债权人通过协议而将其债权全部或部分转移于第三人的行为。法律依据：《民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。这一条明确了我国在债权让与对债务人生效的问题上采用的是通知原则，债权人转让权利的，只需通知债务人，即对债务人发生效力。
