释义	法律分析：继承遗产时需要承担债务。法律规定，如果被继承人生前负有债务，而继承人又继承了被继承人的财产，那么继承人就要以所得遗产实际价值为限对被继承人生前的债务承担偿还责任。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人无需偿还，但其自行愿意偿还的除外。法律依据：《民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
