释义	法律分析：不可以同时享有。女职工产假期间，只是享受生育津贴。法律依据：国务院《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第八条女职工产假期间，停发工资，改发生育津贴，参加了生育保险的，由生育保险基金按所在单位上年度职工月平均工资支付，上年度职工月平均工资低于女职工产假前工资的，由所在单位补足差额。没有参加生育保险的，由所在单位按产假前工资支付。
