定作人包料的应当承担什么义务
释义
如果当事人在承揽合同中约定由定作人提供材料，定作人并约应当按照约定的时间、数量和质量准备材料，还应当备齐有关的资料，如发票、质量说明当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
