2023年逃离部队罪处罚标准是如何规定的

法律分析：
违反兵役法规，逃离部队，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。战时犯前款罪的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。逃离部队是指为逃避服役而脱离部队。逃离部队的行为有两种基本方式，一种是作为的方式，即行为人原在部队，未经批准就擅自离开部队；另一种是不作为的方式，即行为人经批准已离开部队，但逾期拒不归队。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第四百三十五条 违反兵役法规，逃离部队，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。战时犯前款罪的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
