居间合同属于要式合同吗

法律分析：居间合同不是要式合同。居间合同又称“中介服务合同”，是指居间人根据委托人的要求为委托人与第三人订立合同提供机会或进行介绍，而委托人须向居间人给付约定报酬的协议。要式合同是指法律、行政法规规定，或者当事人约定应当采用书面形式的合同。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第九百六十一条 中介合同是中介人向委托人报告订立合同的机会或者提供订立合同的媒介服务，委托人支付报酬的合同。
