释义	法律分析: 两小无猜条款，依台湾岛内相关法律规定，若发生性关系的双方均未满18岁，被告可获减轻或免除其刑，即“两小无猜条款”。法律依据: 《中国台湾地区刑法》第二百二十七条对于未满十四岁之男女为性交者，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。对于未满十四岁之男女为猥亵之行为者，处六月以上五年以下有期徒刑。对于十四岁以上未满十六岁之男女为性交者，处七年以下有期徒刑。对于十四岁以上未满十六岁之男女为猥亵之行为者，处三年以下有期徒刑。第一项、第三项之未遂犯罚之。
