释义	法律分析：商家设置消费陷阱，明显的误导消费者，故意把重要信息放在不起眼的位置用小字说明，误导消费者。如果商家的行为被证实是消费陷阱或者误导消费者购买，那么就可能存在欺诈行为，属于违法行为法律依据：《价格违法行为行政处罚规定》第七条对经营者的价格欺诈行为，由政府价格主管部门责令改正，没收违法所得，并处违法所得5倍以下的罚款；没有违法所得的，处5万元以上50万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，责令停业整顿，或者由工商行政管理机关吊销营业执照。
