释义	《反不正当竞争法》规定，对经营者利用广告或其他方法，对商品作虚假宣传的，工商行政管理机关应当责令停止违法行为，消除影响，可以根据情节处以一万元以上二十万元以下的罚款；对广告的经营者、广告的发布者在明知或者应知的情况下，代理、设计、制作、发布虚假广告的，工商行政管理机关应当责令停止违法行为，没收广告费用，并处广告费用一倍以上五倍以下的罚款，情节严重的，依法停止其广告业务。
