释义	法律分析：根据民事诉讼法的规定，对于下列情形，人民检察院可以提出抗诉：原判决、裁定认定事实的主要证据不足的;原判决、裁定适用法律确有错误的;人民法院违反法定程序，可能影响案件正确判决、裁定的;审判人员在审理该案件时有贪污受贿、徇私舞弊、枉法裁判行为的。人民检察院提起抗诉的理由，不仅局限于原裁判在内容上确有错误，而且涉及裁判活动的违法性。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百零五条依照本法第二百零四条第二项的规定延期审理的案件，人民检察院应当在一个月以内补充侦查完毕。
