释义	大部分银行是按照日利率万分之五来收取利息，虽然有的银行只对没有还清的部分收取利息，但是也有银行是对全额欠款收取，例如10000元还清了5000元，还剩下5000元的欠款，但是银行在收取利息时仍按10000元收取，持卡人需要格外注意。除了利息外，银行还会收取违约金。违约金是按月计费，每月收取百分之五的违约金，但是就算不满一个月，也会收取一个月的违约金。大部分银行的利息是没有上限，但是违约金是有的，一般逾期三个月以后，银行就会暂停收取违约金了。
