公司一开始没有签劳动合同，后面才补签可以嘛？
释义
可以补签，也有权要求支付双倍薪资。但补签后，对于维权要求支付双倍薪资会有不利，关键是无法证明合同是补签的单位在劳动者提请仲裁后，才与劳动者补签合同，而且是补签以前时间段的合同，公司疏忽没签合同，员工有权拒绝补签，申请仲裁，并主张双倍薪资。公司做法违反劳动合同法。
