释义	法律分析： “盈利”是指以利润为目的。“非盈利”的含义并不是经济学意义上的无利润，更不是不讲经营之意，而是一个用以界定组织性质的词汇。非盈利性组织是一类不以市场化的营利目的作为自己宗旨的组织。非营利组织是指不是以营利为目的的组织。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七十六条以取得利润并分配给股东等出资人为目的成立的法人，为营利法人。营利法人包括有限责任公司、股份有限公司和其他企业法人等。
