释义	司法实践中，公司超出经营范围的签订的合同，只要不违反法律的强制性规定、限制性规定，一般都会视为有效合同。如果超越经营范围的民事活动，违反了国家限制经营特许经营及法律法规禁止经营的，可能被认定为无效法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零五条当事人超越经营范围订立的合同的效力，应当依照本法第一编第六章第三节和本编的有关规定确定，不得仅以超越经营范围确认合同无效。
