醉酒驾车标准是什么

目前我国法律中，驾车人每百毫升血液中的酒精含量大于或者等于20毫克、小于80毫克，认定其为饮酒驾车;假如每百毫升血液中的酒精含量大于或者等于80毫克，即为醉酒驾车。一些发达国家对酒后驾车的认定起点是很苛刻的，瑞典是2毫克，德国是3毫克，日本是5毫克。
饮酒后驾驶机动车的，处暂扣六个月机动车驾驶证，并处一千元以上二千元以下罚款。因饮酒后驾驶机动车被处罚，再次饮酒后驾驶机动车的，处十日以下拘留，并处一千元以上二千元以下罚款，吊销机动车驾驶证。
