释义	法律分析： 1、到税务局申请，获得密码。 2、上税务局的网站，输入纳税识别码、密码进入报税系统。 3、再进入报税申报，将在“电子报税”系统里面导出的报表，导入到网上的报税系统就可以了。 4、报税后可以去“报税查询”打印所上报的报表。法律依据：《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第二十五条纳税人必须依照法律、行政法规规定或者税务机关依照法律、行政法规的规定确定的申报期限、申报内容如实办理纳税申报，报送纳税申报表、财务会计报表以及税务机关根据实际需要要求纳税人报送的其他纳税资料。
