释义	《物业管理条例》中明确规定，物业买受人自物业竣工并交付使用之日起，按物业服务合同约定足额缴纳物业服务费用。按照规定，小区业主从交房之日起，就应该按照之前签订好的前期物业服务合同交纳物管费。既然房屋已经交付，无论业主是否实际居住，有关的物业管理费也理应交纳。因为无论业主是否实际居住，物业公司的许多物业服务均已提供(如保安、保洁等)。对于常时间没有入住，物业费该交多少目前法律上尚无明确规定，业主可以和物业公司协商。法律依据《物业管理条例》第四十一条规定
