释义	法律分析：签了劳动合同后辞职，一般不构成违约。如果单位对劳动者进行了专项培训，签订服务期协议的，辞职违反服务期约定的，需要支付违约金。除培训和竞业限制外，用人单位与劳动者约定的违约金，都是无效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
