释义	法律分析：单位辞职后马上有新的接收单位的，可以直接将档案全部转移到新的单位。没有新的接收单位的，可以先将档案存放在人才市场等能够托管档案的部门。法律依据：《企业职工档案管理工作规定》第十八条企业职工调动、辞职、解除劳动合同或被开除、辞退等，应由职工所在单位在一个月内将其档案转交其新的工作单位或其户口所在地的街道劳动（组织人事）部门。职工被劳教、劳改，原所在单位今后还准备录用的，其档案由原所在单位保管。
