释义	法律分析: 原则上3折以下机票不改签、不退票。4折－9折按规定收取相应手续费。全价票或头等舱可以随意改签，改签的班次有余票就可以。如果不能确定改为哪一天，可以一直保留机票改签的班次票高于现价的要补足差价，低于所持有机票航空公司不给往回补差价。法律依据: 《中国民用航空局关于免收民航机票退票费的通知》为全力做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控工作，经研究决定，自2020年1月24日0时起，此前已购买民航机票的旅客自愿退票的，各航空公司及其客票销售代理机构应免费办理退票，不得收取任何费用。
