释义	法律分析：离婚后，男女双方自愿恢复婚姻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关重新进行结婚登记。男女双方协议离婚后一年内就财产分割问题反悔，请求变更或者撤销财产分割协议的，人民法院会受理。但是人民法院在审理后，发现不存在订立财产分割协议时有欺诈、胁迫等情形的，会依法驳回当事人的诉讼请求。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十三条离婚后，男女双方自愿恢复婚姻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关重新进行结婚登记。
