释义	法律分析：从我国相关法律规定以及司法实践可以看出，我国把是否必要共同诉讼作为追加当事人的标准根据诉讼标的是否共同和是否同一种类，共同诉讼可以分为必要的共同诉讼与普通的共同诉讼。必要的共同诉讼是指当事人一方或双方为两人或两人以上，其诉讼标的是共同的，人民法院必须合并审理的诉讼。在共同诉讼中，共同起诉讼或共同应诉的人，叫做共同诉讼人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百一十九条必须共同进行诉讼的当事人没有参加诉讼的，人民法院应当通知其参加诉讼。
