释义	法律分析: 在我国的刑事法律中，针对于妇女和儿童有专门的条款，对于猥亵妇女儿童达到这个行为之后，一般都在5年左右的有期徒刑比较多。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十七条猥亵妇女的处以5年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；聚众或者在公共场所当众犯前款罪的，处5年以上有期徒刑；猥亵儿童的，依照两款的规定从重处罚。依照上述规定，也就是说，行为人只有在“聚众或者在公众场所当众”猥亵儿童时才将处以5年以上有期徒刑。以上两个法定加重处罚情节过于狭隘，远不足以惩罚猥亵类犯罪分子。
