释义	法律分析：不能赔偿。保价是保证快件因快递公司原因造成损毁的，可以依保价额度向快递公司申请索赔。但损毁不是由快递服务引起的除外。快件已签收，不能证明货物的问题是由快递服务导致的，因此快递可以拒绝赔偿。法律依据：《快递市场管理办法》第二十条 “快件发生延误、丢失、损坏和内件不符的，经营快递业务的企业，应当按照与用户的约定予以赔偿。企业与用户之间未对赔偿事项进行约定的，对于购买保价的快件，应当按照保价金额赔偿。对于未购买保价的快件，按照《邮政法》、《民法典》等相关法律规定赔偿。”
