劳动合同对调岗降薪的规定是什么

法律分析：有下列规定：
1.调整岗位必须具有充分的合理性，调整后的岗位与调整前的岗位应有一定的关联。
2.劳动者被调岗后能胜任新的工作，如果不具备适任能力，用人单位还应当负责培训教育，以使劳动者能适应新的工作岗位。
3.调整前应履行必要的告知和解释义务。
4.调岗要在协商一致的情况下进行，不得强制进行。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条 用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
