释义	不可以,冻结银行卡,是指人民法院对被告在银行、信用合作社等金融单位的存款所采取的不准其提取或转移的一种强制举措。法院依法应当向银行送达协助执行通知的民事裁定书,银行收到后,将不得向冻结了存款人支付或转移钱款。否则将会受到法院的处置。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国最高院关于法院民事执行中查封、扣押、冻结财产的规章》第二十九条人民法院冻结被执行人的银行存款及其他资金的期限不得超过六个月，查封、扣押动产的期限不得超过一年，查封不动产、冻结其他财产权的期限不得超过二年。
