释义	法律分析：如果有证据证明调解不是建立在相商一致的基础上或是存在胁迫、欺诈等违法情况的当然可以申请撤销。调解书生效后即具有有强制力是因为这是建立在双方合意的基础上，是当事人自主选择的现，其本身就是公平的。如出现上述不具公平性的情况时，可依法申请撤销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十五条法院审理民事案件，根据当事人自愿的原则，在事实清楚的基础上，分清是非，进行调解。
