释义	依照中国《劳动法》定义，童工是指未满16周岁，与单位或者个人发生劳动关系从事有经济收入的劳动或者从事个体劳动的少年、儿童。而青少年工是指任何超过上述定义的儿童年龄但不满十八岁的工人。国家机关、社会团体、企事业单位、民办非企业单位或者个体工商户(统称用人单位)均不得招用未满16周岁的未成年人(招用未满16周岁的未成年人统称使用童工)。
