释义	(l)住房租赁手续费：收费标准为每宗100元(一次性收取)，由出租人承担。 (2)非住房租赁手续费;房屋年租金2万元以下.每件次房屋租赁手续费为年租金的1.5%(注含2万元);房屋年租金2万元以上的，每件次房屋租赁手续费为年租金的1%(注不含2万元)，由出租人承担(注：一年一收)。法律依据：《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》第五十五条住宅用房的租赁，应当执行国家和房屋所在城市人民政府规定的租赁政策。租用房屋从事生产、经营活动的，由租赁双方协商议定租金和其他租赁条款。
