释义	如果租户不愿缴纳物业费，物业管理公司有权向业主索要。因为业主与租户之间的协议（租赁合同）是双方协议，对第三方（物业公司）不产生效力，按时交纳物业服务费是业主的法定义务，所以在租户没有按照双方约定如期交费的情况下，业主应当依法承担连带交纳责任。法律依据：《物业管理条例》第四十一条业主应当根据物业服务合同的约定交纳物业服务费用。业主与物业使用人约定由物业使用人交纳物业服务费用的，从其约定，业主负连带交纳责任。
