释义	法律分析：兼职并不算是正式的建立劳动关系，虽然劳动法明确规定用人单位不能够雇佣童工，但是兼职与正常的工作不同，所以用人单位的兼职岗位也许可以雇佣童工进行工作。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十四条之一违反劳动管理法规，雇用未满十六周岁的未成年人从事超强度体力劳动的，或者从事高空、井下作业的，或者在爆炸性、易燃性、放射性、毒害性等危险环境下从事劳动，情节严重的，对直接责任人员，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金;情节特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
