释义	法律分析：父母与继子女形成抚养关系的，就具有抚养义务。形成抚养关系的父母和继子女的，其法律效力一般等同于亲生父母和子女的法律关系，继父母对继子女就要承担抚养义务。继父母和继子女之间没有形成抚养关系，仅仅是名义上的父母子女关系，则不具有法律上的父母子女关系，也就不存在抚养义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十二条继父母与继子女间，不得虐待或者歧视。继父或者继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利义务关系，适用本法关于父母子女关系的规定。
