释义	法律分析：遗嘱人可以撤销、变更自己所立的遗嘱。自书、代书、录音、口头遗嘱，不得撤销、变更公证遗嘱。遗嘱人以不同形式立有数份内容相抵触的遗嘱，其中有公证遗嘱的，以最后所立公证遗嘱为准;没有公证遗嘱的，以最后所立的遗嘱为准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十二条遗嘱人可以撤回、变更自己所立的遗嘱。立遗嘱后，遗嘱人实施与遗嘱内容相反的民事法律行为的，视为对遗嘱相关内容的撤回。立有数份遗嘱，内容相抵触的，以最后的遗嘱为准。
