释义	法律分析: 因正当防卫造成损害的，不承担责任。正当防卫超过必要的限度，造成不应有的损害的，正当防卫人应当承担适当的责任。正当防卫可以是针对面临的危险实施防卫，只是这种危险是轻微的，不是短时间内需要防卫人做出反应的，否则，应当适用紧急避险的规定处理。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十一条因正当防卫造成损害的，不承担责任。
