释义	法律分析：民事拘留是人民法院对妨害民事诉讼情节严重的当事人、其他诉讼参与人以及案外人予以强行关押,在一定的期限内限制其人身自由的一种民事诉讼强制措施。民事拘留又称司法拘留,根据民事诉讼法的规定,拘留的期限不得超过15天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第十六条有两种以上违反治安管理行为的，分别决定，合并执行。行政拘留处罚合并执行的，最长不超过二十日。
