写保证书不等同辞职书。在保证书中应当写明，你是什么时候进公司的，什么时候离职的，公司没有与你签订过劳动合同，每月工资是多少元，在公司工作期间你没有违反劳动纪律（实事求是写），最好用复写纸一式两份，并请公司签收一份，你自己留一份。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第八十二条 用人单位自用工之日起超过一个月不满一年未与劳动者订立书面劳动合同的，应当向劳动者每月支付二倍的工资。
