释义	在工作时间工作中暑认定为工伤。《工伤保险条例》规定，患有职业病的可认定为工伤。《防暑降温措施管理办法》也明确指出：劳动者因高温作业引起中暑的，经诊断为职业病、认定为工伤的，享受工伤保险待遇。劳动者因高温天气作业引起中暑的，可以申请工伤认定，符合规定的享受工伤保险待遇。劳动者在工作时间和工作岗位上中暑死亡或中暑后48小时内经抢救无效死亡的，视为工伤，享受工伤保险待遇。此外，不得安排怀孕女职工、未成年工等人群在35℃以上的高温天气作业。因此，在高温环境下劳动引发的中暑应该属于工伤。
