释义	特殊侵权行为，“一般侵权行为”的对称。是指行为人违反法律的特别规定侵犯他人财产权或人身权致人损害的违法行为。特殊侵权行为主要包括职务侵权行为，无行为能力人的侵权行为，饲养动物致人损害，产品瑕疵致人损害，高度危险业务致人损害，建筑物及其悬置物致人损害，环境污染侵权行为，雇员的侵权行为等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国侵权责任法》第七十八条饲养的动物造成他人损害的，动物饲养人或者管理人应当承担侵权责任，但能够证明损害是因被侵权人故意或者重大过失造成的，可以不承担或者减轻责任。
