释义
1、无故的辞退员工是属于不合法的行为;
2、用人单位按规定解除劳动合同的,按照《劳动合同法》第四十六条规定,用人单位应当向劳动者支付经济补偿。
3、用人单位违反规定解除劳动合同的,应当按照经济补偿标准的二倍向劳动者支付赔偿金。
