释义	在目前的新政策下，二手房买卖契税对于买方和卖方的税率都是不同的，卖方方面如果购买房屋目前不满两年（无论是否唯一住房）均要缴纳6．6％的税费，而满两年不满五年（无论是否唯一住房）需缴纳1％税费，满五年唯一住房免税，满五年不唯一住房缴纳1％税费。买方方面如果购买90平以下的房产需要缴纳1％的税费，购买90平以上房产的若为（唯一住房）需要缴纳1．5％的税费，如果购买90平以上房产的（不唯一住房）则需要缴纳2％的税费。
