释义	法律分析：要约的撤回，是指要约生效前，要约人使其不发生法律效力的意思表示。撤回要约的通知在要约到达受要约人之前或者同时到达受要约人，如果撤回要约的通知在要约到达受要约人以后到达，则要约已经生效，是否能够使要约失效，就要看是否符合撤销的条件。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十五条要约可以撤回。要约的撤回适用本法第一百四十一条的规定。第一百四十一条行为人可以撤回意思表示。撤回意思表示的通知应当在意思表示到达相对人前或者与意思表示同时到达相对人。
