释义	法律分析: 债权转让的影响有：如果是全部转让，则原债权人脱离债权债务关系，第三人成为新的债权人，债务人向新的债权人履行义务，债权转让的，应当通知债务人，否则该转让行为对债务人无效。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
