释义	营业执照名字可以和店面名不一样，但不能差的太多，必须是营业执照中的字。法律依据：《企业名称登记管理规章》第二十条企业登记机关在办理企业登记时，发现企业名称不符合本规章的，不予登记并书面说明理由。企业登记机关发现已经登记的企业名称不符合本规章的，应当及时纠正。其他单位或者个人认为已经登记的企业名称不符合本规章的，可以请求企业登记机关予以纠正。
