释义	法律分析：过了斑马线停车不算闯红灯。只要过了停车线以后停车的，就不是闯红灯了。闯红灯，就是指机动车在红灯亮、禁止超车的情况下，越过停车线继续行驶的行为。不管什么原因，闯红灯的违法行为都将会依法受到处罚。闯红灯停在斑马线上如下处罚：指出违法行为，并予以口头警告，令其立即驶离。机动车驾驶人不在现场或者虽在现场但拒绝立即驶离，妨碍其他车辆、行人通行的，处二十元以上二百元以下罚款，并可以将该机动车拖移至不妨碍交通的地点或者公安机关交通管理部门指定的地点停放。
