释义	根据我国相关法律规定，增值税起征点的适用范围限于个人。增值税起征点的幅度规定如下：(一)销售货物的，为月销售额2000-5000元;(二)销售应税劳务的，为月销售额1500-3000元;(三)按次纳税的，为每次(日)销售额150-200元。前款所称销售额，是指本细则第三十条第一款所称小规模纳税人的销售额。省、自治区、直辖市财政厅(局)和国家税务局应在规定的幅度内，根据实际情况确定本地区适用的起征点，并报财政部、国家税务总局备案。法律依据《增值税暂行条例实施细则》第三十七条
