婚姻保证协议有法律效力吗

法律分析：符合法律规定具有法律效力。法律并不禁止夫妻双方签订婚姻保证协议，所以婚姻保证协议的本身是不违反法律强制性规定，应当是有效的，但如果在其中有不得离婚等约定的话，因其违反了婚姻自由原则，会被确认为无效。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百四十三条 具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：(一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力;(二)意思表示真实;(三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
