释义	法律分析: 股票一般可分为记名股票和无记名股票，面额股票和无面额股票。所谓记名股票是指在股东名册上登记有持有人的姓名或名称及住址，并在股票上也注明持有人姓名或名称的股票。股东的姓名或名称一般都写在股票背面。记名股票不仅要求股东在购买股票时需要将姓名或名称记人，而且要求股东转让股票时需向公司办理股票过户手续，除了记名股东外，任何人不得凭此对公司行使股东权法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百四十条无记名股票的转让，由股东将该股票交付给受让人后即发生转让的效力。
