释义	法律分析: 债权转让后，如果是债权有瑕疵的，则应当由债权转让人对债权的瑕疵负担保责任，债权人转让其债权应当及时通知债务人，否则该转让行为对债务人无效，并且债权转让的，其从权利也一并转让。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
