逃离部队罪既遂处罚规定
释义
违反兵役法规，逃离部队，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。战时犯本罪的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。法院量刑会综合考虑犯罪动机、主观恶性、社会危害性、是否累犯、有无自首、立功等从轻减轻情节，以及当事人的认罪态度等因素确定。
